All participants are required to read and understand the rules and regulations (“Rules & Regulations”) before registering for PLN Electric Run 2024. Please note that participants are those who receive an official PLN Electric Run 2024 confirmation email confirming their entry as a participant of PLN Electric Run 2024, whether through online registration, or any other registration program of PLN Electric Run (“Participant”).
The race will start at 05:00 WIB for Half Marathon Category, 05:30 for 10KM Category, 05:45 for 5KM Category.
Registration can be done at https://plnelectricrun.id/ or directly through the PLN Mobile application, as long as the registration time and quota are still available.

Registration for all categories is open from August 2024, registration will be closed when the quota is met.

Students aged 14 years to 17 years on race day (October 6, 2024) are eligible to enter all categories. Participants under 17 (seventeen) years old on Race Day are required to provide a parental consent letter at the time of race pack collection. The letter format can be downloaded HERE

When registration and payment have been successfully completed, a confirmation of participation in the form of an email will be sent to the registered email address. Please ensure that the email address entered is correct.
Yes. Registered participants may withdraw from the Race. If a participant withdraws, the registration fee paid is non-refundable, but the participant is still entitled to the race package and can be picked up according to the specified schedule.
Participants who do not attend or cancel their participation on the day of the race for any reason will not get a refund of the participation fee. Registered race slots are also non-transferable.
Participants are not allowed to change the category that has been registered. If a participant wants to compete in another category, the participant must register again in the category they want to participate in.
Yes. Data changes can only be made in the form of corrections or corrections due to minor errors (only a few characters) writing, and the reference is the official identity document (KTP).

Yes. In the race package there are several race necessities that must be used during the race, namely the PLN ELECTRIC RUN jersey and chest number (bib).
The collection of the competition package can be represented by bringing a photocopy of the registration confirmation, a photocopy of the participant’s identity card and a power of attorney from the participant. The power of attorney format can be downloaded here.
Representatives for Race Pack collection is only allowed to take a maximum of 3 (three) Race Packs in 1 (one) queue.
An estimated 6000 runners will participate in the PLN ELECTRIC RUN.
Yes. Luggage storage will be provided in the race center area, which is in the Scientia Park area.
The race route will use the streets in Gading Serpong city. Further details about the race route will be notified on the official PLN ELECTRIC RUN website & social media accounts.
Cut off time for half marathon category is 4 hours, 10 km is 2 hours and 5 km is 1 hour. Participants who have not completed the race within the specified time will be transported by vehicles provided by the committee.
Participants who have crossed the Finish line under the time limit set by the Committee are entitled to a finisher medal. Participants who do not finish their race and participants who finish their race above the race time limit / COT are not entitled to a Finisher Medal / Finisher Medal.
Isotonic drinks and mineral water will be provided at 4 Hydration Point locations along the route, namely at KM2.5, at KM5, at KM7, at KM9 and a refreshment tent after the finish line.

Participants who register in All Categories will compete for the Podium money. Participants in all categories who are 40 years old or older also have the opportunity to compete for the 40+ podium in case they do not get the main podium in all categories. There will be a Grand Prize of 2 Units of Wuling AIR EV for 2 National Record Breakers.
Winner prizes will be awarded for the winners in each category. As well as the National Master 40+ winner prize which is closed to Indonesian citizens (KTP owners) who register in all categories do not get the main podium. The terms and conditions of the winners apply in accordance with the rules of the race. Detailed information about the prizes can be found on the official race page. Prize money will be tax deducted.
Indonesian Citizens who register in All Categories and are 40 years of age or older on the day of the race (October 06, 2024), do not get the main podium are eligible to compete for the 40+ Master Podium Prize. Only one podium can be contested. Double podiums are not possible.
Yes, there will be road closures on some race routes supported by the local Police and Transportation Department.
